What anime should you watch next; solutions to your problems

you've probably watched some pretty good Anime, well... some of them might be good but some, not quite.  after watching a really good Anime, you get this feeling of wanting to watch something just as good.  well... you're not the only one with that problem: with the growing anime fandom more and more anime fans are watching all sorts of anime and it's beginning to feel as if there are not many good Animes left but we all know that's not true, there are a lot of undiscovered gems just waiting for you to watch them, the problem is how do you get them. 1. Get yourself a good supplier well... don't take this the wrong way, it's not like they're selling drugs.  one thing you'd love to get is someone who helps you, someone who can pick out great anime for you, someone who can give great hype without spoiling the series/movie, that's who I refer to as the suppliers. most times the best supplier you can get is the one who introduced you to Anime itself, whoe

How does plot armor affect an anime

According to oxford plot armor is referred to  the phenomenon in fiction whereby the main character is allowed to survive dangerous situations because they are needed for the plot to continue. I would define plot amour as the necessary shielding of a character for the continuity of the story. it's like the grace of the fictional world while plot amour might be seen as "not needed" it is extremely important for the story to go on. afterall you can't have an anime without the main character. Plot armor doesn't just work for the main character, it also works for every character of significance in the series. for instance, you'd see a situation where other characters would fall like flies or die in an unexpected situation but for some reason, the main character seems to be safe or untouched. another instance might be the case where a situation that might have killed any other character would somehow give the said character abilities instead. at times it might not

Blue Lock: How good was the first episode

I'm not usually one to watch an anime with so much interest at the very first episode because I believe that a single episode doesn't make up an entire anime (well... In some cases it does)  My point is you shouldn't be quick to judge an anime based on a single episode. Introduction   For a long time, I've been anticipating this anime. I always believed that an anime like this; an anime with great manga drawing would be animated beautifully and Blue lock didn't disappoint. One of the things I find interesting was the number of charters that were introduced in this first episode, there are a wide number of characters (players) 300 to be exact and the fact that the main character (Isagi Yoichi) was ranked second lowest out of 300 is another interesting thing that means he was good but not good enough.  You could see that seed of doubt was planted at that very moment Isagi passed the ball to his teammate, he understood that he should have done something different and w

Biggest misconception: Goku vs sinbad

A few days ago, I was watching a video about a hypothetical battle between Sinbad and Goku, and it was stated that Sinbad would beat Goku. Don't get me wrong, I believe that and I agree but They just kept spouting nonsense about how Sinbad is multiversal and omnipotent and how he can do this and that. But that is far too exaggerated. The truth is that Sinbad can't generate enough firepower to kill Goku in a single go, to be honest, it will probably take a few hundred hits or more, from Sinbad to kill Goku. Besides if not for the fact that I would take their personalities into account I don't think Sinbad can survive a spirit bomb attack from Goku and that's a fact. People are so afraid of being called Goku fanboys that they can't make simple analyses. Before people start going off with rage let me explain Sinbad and his abilities. Sinbad's abilities explained Sinbad is the king of sindria he is the conqueror of 7 dungeons, meaning he possesses 7 different Djinns

How would Saitama fare against Magic

We've seen the abilities of Saitama "one punch man" a guy who is able to defeat any enemy with a single punch just by doing basic exercises for 3 years.  We know that he is virtually unstoppable physically; that is to say, no one can come close to him in terms of strength or speed but we don't know how this character would fare against magic. Magic is an ability that influences events of beings by using mysterious, supernatural, or unknown forces. Here's my take on this matter. Remember the scene from seven deadly Sins where meslascula tries eating his soul but it turns out that escanor's soul burnt her?  A similar situation would occur with Saitama where the user would be unable to use magic against him simply because it was impossible or because it would harm them even if they tried.  Another take on this matter is the fact that Saitama is an ever-evolving person. in the manga series, it was made mentioned that the only reason Saitama was at that level of st

Strongest/most influential student council president in anime

The student council is a big part of anime that has to do with School or high school life but it's no surprise that the influence that the student council president possess is often greatly exaggerated.  At times it might be their influence is exaggerated other times it might be their strength, but nonetheless, it's no doubt that these student council presidents have their role to play in the series and it plays a big part in the anime itself.  Instead of writing a top 10 list today, I decided to include all the characters I know of. so therefore there would be about 13-14 names on this list today. Without further ado, here they are: 14. Sōshun murasame (danganronpa ) By far Musrasame is one of the most unfortunate student council presidents. he was forced into a despair game by Enoshima Junko. She made each student council member fight and kill themselves in other to come out alive and in the end, there was only one survivor.  so you can say that though he was a student counci

One piece; Warlords clones revealed

Dr. Vegapunk has once again proven himself to be the embodiment of scientific genius.  In the previous episodes, it was shown that he has made experiments with Vinsmoke judge, Queen, and Ceaser clown. they each performed experiments on genetic factors (the lineage factor). Vinsmoke judge wanted to use this research to create an all-powerful army of modified humans using the research that he performed with Dr. Vegapunk. though not completely successful he managed to make genetic modifications to his children but taking away their emotions with the exception of Sanji which developed at a much older age.   Similarly, Ceaser perform research with Dr. vegapunk on the creation of devil fruit although unsuccessful he managed to create a replica of Kaido's devil fruit that momonosuke took. it's also visible that Ceaser tried using that research too and created the smile fruit.  Now... Dr. Vegapunk now works for the world government. he has succeeded in creating a modified version of th

Welcome to the ballroom; An anime you don't want to miss

Anime is refreshing, it's fun, it's exciting, it's welcoming and most of all it's inspiring.  The sports genre of anime is not as popular as other mainstream ones such as shounen, seinen etcetera.  I've seen people who have gotten interested in basketball 🏀  because of Kuroko no basketball, slam dunk, or Ahiru no sora, I've also seen people who have fallen in love with games like Karuta from watching Chihaya furu.   My point is that anime has always found a way to inspire us and "welcome to the ballroom" is not any different.  In my opinion, it's kind of like Yuri on ice in the similarity of the sport. well... not exactly, because ice skating and competitive dancing are worlds apart but they are similar in the way they are both portrayed in a sporting way.  And "welcome to the ballroom" seems like a more evolved version. showing far better character development and storyline than yuri on ice.  Also pertaining to the fact that I have a ke
