ok, in my opinion, there's a lot to talk about in this battle. since Rock lee's potential was dampened in shipunden he will definitely be losing this battle. if rock lee has the same or similar feats to might guy it would have been a different case entirely. but rock lee hasn't shown much growth even in the Boruto series. Speed one can argue that rock lee is faster than sanji, and I can agree with that. seeing his fight with gara even as he was little was extraordinary. because the major feature that stood out was his speed and he even kept getting faster. I'm not one to bring unnecessary numbers and calculations that's doesn't exist into reality but ill say that rock lee was definitely faster than the eye could see, after all, Gara wasn't able to keep up.
