Dr. Vegapunk has once again proven himself to be the embodiment of scientific genius. In the previous episodes, it was shown that he has made experiments with Vinsmoke judge, Queen, and Ceaser clown. they each performed experiments on genetic factors (the lineage factor). Vinsmoke judge wanted to use this research to create an all-powerful army of modified humans using the research that he performed with Dr. Vegapunk. though not completely successful he managed to make genetic modifications to his children but taking away their emotions with the exception of Sanji which developed at a much older age. Similarly, Ceaser perform research with Dr. vegapunk on the creation of devil fruit although unsuccessful he managed to create a replica of Kaido's devil fruit that momonosuke took. it's also visible that Ceaser tried using that research too and created the smile fruit.
