one piece has a wide variety of characters with different abilities and potential. but these powers they possess often tend to be exaggerated far more than what is depicted in the original anime/manga series. one major thing that I've noticed is how exaggerated their speed is. these may just be my opinions but hear me out; laser attacks don't travel at light speed, at least not according to the context of the anime. I understand that there are many fast characters in the one piece series especially Kizaru who was mentioned to be at the speed of light. other than that, I don't think any other character moves at the speed of light. having light speed reaction is a different thing completely from moving at light speed.
