There is a vast number of anime’s and its genre’s out there and these does not exclude martial arts. This genre is not as explored as other genres in anime but it has certainly left its marks on the anime history. Anime has introduced sporting in different ways, it has made sports itself more popular than it actually is.     If you love sports, then be sure to stick around because I'll be giving sport anime recommendations. Hajime no ippo If you love sport then this is the right anime for you, hajime no ippo is a story about ippo who usually gets bullied by three of his school mates. One fateful day while he was being bullied, a guy named takamura who was passing by came to his aid and later that day he took ippo to his boxing gym where he told ippo to learn how to defend himself. Ippo went back home but what was on his mind was how cool takamura was when he rescued him. So he then later told takamura that he wanted to become a pro boxer, takamura knew he had a lot of boxing talent but gave him an impossible task in which he must complete in two weeks for him to become a boxer. After much trial and training he was able to achieve the goal. He then became a professional boxer, there his journey continues where he has to face tough opponents to make it to the top.
