Manhwa review; superhuman era

ok, I've read a lot of manga and manhwa I've watched a lot of anime and I've seen a whole bunch of animated cartoons. but today I can proudly say that out of the so many manhwas I've read this is one of the few masterpieces.  the story is simple, interesting, intriguing, and revealing as time goes on. the drawings are god-tier and the characters are totally lovable.  when it comes down to hype this manhwa is literally the king of hype. it's been a long since I've seen a fight that could make me jump up in excitement. and it does something that other manhwa lacks.  the problem with some manhwa: is the fact that they take only the main characters and emphasize them too much. they make it seem like it's only the main character that influences how the storyline goes. let me give you an example; an mc gets an ability and suddenly transforms from his weak self and becomes a badass under 2 days of getting his/her ability. that just shows you that there is no depth

Top 10 most iconic villains in anime

anime villains are necessary for any mainstream action/thriller/sci-fi anime. one would even say an anime without the right kind of villain won't be good enough. the villains affect how the animes' storyline goes, they also greatly affect the main characters and mostly exist based on conflicting ideologies.    in this post, we will be looking at 10 anime villains who greatly affect their storyline or the chapter based on what we've seen so far.  I'll also clarify that this is not a post about the top 10 strongest/fastest/smartest anime villains. I think 🤔  it's right to use the term iconic villains because that would properly encompass the post.    without further ado  THE TOP 10 MOST ICONIC ANIME VILLAINS 10. ALL FOR ONE All for one is a man hungry for power and is willing to do whatever it takes to get it. In a world where most people have certain quirks/abilities, he possesses the ability to steal quirks... of course an evil quirk made for an evil person. to cut

Solo leveling is overhyped

solo leveling is a great manhwa, it's one of the most popular manhwa currently waiting on its anime adaptation to be released not only that but it has a perfect animation and storyline but there's one thing it lacks and people tend to sleep on that fact because of it's action and fighting scene WORLD BUILDING.  Solo leveling lacks the essential world-building to form the perfect storyline. there's no essential reason why he(sung jin woo) was given his abilities it was just based on dumb luck and even other hunters in the entire series had to rely on luck to get stronger. he didn't really have any rivals and the characters were not emphasized upon there was no back story or an arc that wasn't about him. the side characters were made completely useless.  the one part that was actually entertaining was the first 30 episodes. the reason for that was because while sung jin woo was still a weak E-class hunter he had to use his head, think and come up with strategies t

Why you should be reading lookism

Animes are good and all but it's not a surprise that most people sleep on manga, manhwas, manhua, and webtoons. there is a situation that occurred to me some months ago, after realizing all the various anime and videos I had watched I realized this empty feeling... that anime was no longer able to fill up. I decided to take a break from anime a little but I needed something to fill my time that's when I started reading manga and webtoons.  I've read so many webtoons at this point and I feel the need to tell you of one of my favorite webtoons " LOOKISM "  this anime might appear as the typical mystery high school webtoons but it's much deeper than that. it tells the story of a boy Daniel who was bullied for being fat. he was fat, ugly, and completely repulsive to look at... at least that's what he thought but all of that changed when he changed school and found out that he has a perfect new body one. perfect height, body composure, looks muscles, and all th
