We've seen the abilities of Saitama "one punch man" a guy who is able to defeat any enemy with a single punch just by doing basic exercises for 3 years.
We know that he is virtually unstoppable physically; that is to say, no one can come close to him in terms of strength or speed but we don't know how this character would fare against magic.
Magic is an ability that influences events of beings by using mysterious, supernatural, or unknown forces.
Here's my take on this matter. Remember the scene from seven deadly Sins where meslascula tries eating his soul but it turns out that escanor's soul burnt her?
A similar situation would occur with Saitama where the user would be unable to use magic against him simply because it was impossible or because it would harm them even if they tried.
Another take on this matter is the fact that Saitama is an ever-evolving person. in the manga series, it was made mentioned that the only reason Saitama was at that level of strength was that there was no opponent to take him further than that.
In Garou's fight against Saitama, he saw that even though he was copying Saitama's moves and improving along the way he could not compare to how Saitama was improving. Saitama was simply becoming better every second.
Another panel showed an instance where Saitama kicked garou's portal which is physically impossible but was able to be done because he wanted to do it. He was even able to use teleportation simply because he wanted to.
another instance is the fight against Boros where Saitama was shot into space and was seen closing his nose as though he could not breathe but in his fight against Garou he could clearly breathe in space.
So, therefore, using magic against Saitama would be futile not just because he would be able to use it too but because it would have zero effect.
