Discussion
Now, it's not just about the voluminousness of the storyline it's just evident that Tokyo revengers have a far more better storyline, why? because the story doesn't give off a predictable plot. there isn't room for much information to be added, mystery cannot even be formed.
what I mean by mystery, is the fact that the whole plot shouldn't be laid out plainly, it shouldn't move in a linear pattern. people don't get that anime isn't just about fights and animation, although they play a very important role in an anime, it's not the most important thing, and what is that important thing that all animes have?
it's the plot.
Tokyo revengers plot has far more room for growth not just because it has to do with time but because the story doesn't just lay out information plainly and because of this, it offers more growth to the main character. in a way that demon slayer would not be able to do.
How?
because Demon slayer has made the story so linear it cannot show us the systematic growth that happens in steps but instead, they have to just set it towards him already being an impact on the story as soon as possible.
but when it comes to Tokyo revengers, we know that Takemitchi hasn't even gotten to a significant level where he is able to impact the story.
