first off, manhwas are the south Korean version of comic books.
and I've recently been so attached to it and I'm sure it's not the case for just me, many of you must have in one way or the other heard of manhwas or developed an interest in it.
I'm here to guide you on what to read, many people make the mistake of starting with manhwas that didn't suit their taste probably because a friend recommended it but since I'm here... worry not.
ok, the manhwas that'll be listed are my own opinion. I haven't read every existing manhwa in this world so, I don't know all, therefore if you have any insane suggestions that you'd like me to try out write them in the comment section below this post.
without further ado👍, let's begin.
Top manhwas you should be reading
1. Hanlim gym
I'll have to admit, there are too many manhwas about gangs and bullying but this one deviates from that concept and introduces its very own notion.
it's one of the most hot-blooded manhwas I've ever read. the fight scene alone is enough to move anyone to their feet rejoicing.
its story circulates around a boy who came to realize his superiority after choosing to fight back against his bullies. he became at the top of the food chain and earned himself the title of the strongest.
until he meets an insurmountable wall "suho Kang". his desire to beat up suho Kang introduces him Into a world of PVP where top fighters around the country gather to fight and Kang stands at the pinnacle of all of them.
he is determined to beat suho and regain back the honor of his fatal loss but many obstacles lie along the way.
2. superhuman era
it is rare to see a decent manhwa about superheroes 🦸 and kinds of stuff but this is by far the best I've seen so far.
I came across this manhwa by coincidence and decided to engage it and to my surprise, it turned out better than I expected.
while the storyline is simple I'm sure things will get complicated as it goes on.
the story tells about monsters that seek to destroy the human race and superhumans are the only ones that can stand a chance against them.
quite a simple storyline right? but the fights, abilities, villains, and art are all top-tier. it's something you should watch.
3. Regressor instructor manual
you know there will be something like this because this kind of manhwas is the one with the most population on the net these days.
but as usual, I've singled out the best for you👍.
what makes this manhwa so good is not the mc's strength but the fact that this dude is the weakest person in the series. and no, he didn't grow to become the strongest as time went on, he simply had to use his head and the people around him to get what he wants.
he is not only smart but extremely cunning it's indeed a fun series to read.
4. God game
literally a once in a lifetime manhwa. its art alone is enough to attract anyone from the first episode them the storyline will drag you towards the end.
in this manhwa, god makes a game, where its contestant will have to battle to win. there are over a million participants and the funny part is that they don't even know why they would be interested in playing the game, they don't even remember their names but as they keep on progressing through its stages a little of their memories are given to them. in short, they all have a reason to want to win and are willing to kill to get it.
5. the last human
maybe... 1 year ago, I would have actively denied ever seeing a good cultivation manga. I didn't even give them a chance. but this one struck me differently because it wasn't just about cultivation but also about zombies and regression. it's a perfect mix of the 3 kinds.
Tianchen, being the last human on zombie-infected earth, died only to find himself some few hours before the zombie apocalypse even started. you might be wondering how cultivation come into a zombie apocalypse. see... the thing is these zombies can evolve even to the point of gaining intelligence and/or immense strength but humans too have to evolve in order to survive that's where cultivation comes in.
it's a very interesting read but brace yourselves cause it's gonna be a long ride.
That'll be all for the part 1 stick around more for the second part.
Maybe I'll even make this a series... Where ill just pour out recommendations.
