teleportation is the ability to move from a particular location to another without having to go through distance. it can be used in battle and even on its own for those who don't feel like walking.

Sasuke is a character with lots of issues and things to deal with. one of the situations he had to deal with was his clan who all have the potential to develop this teleportation ability but at what cost?
The Rinnegan is one of the three most exalted eyes amongst the three great dojutsu. aside from the numerous abilities of this eye, it can shift spaces. Sasuke uses it to teleport himself, exchange positions during battle, and teleport between dimensions.

Shaizamaki is a very underrated character from Mob psycho. he is a member of the organization Claw and a part of the ultimate 5.
as an esper, he has a wide range of abilities believing himself to be the strongest esper in the world second only to the head of Claw. His teleportation abilities make it seem like he blinking in and out of existence. his perception ability also makes him one hell of a deadly opponent.

Ahh... of course Goku. well, we all know him, he is an alien martial artist to become the strongest in the universe. Goku's teleportation is called instant transmission which he learned from the planet Yadrat. it allows moving anywhere in the universe at will.
3. Finral Roulacase
Finral is the comedian of the black bulls. he is a woman-loving character with the ability to use spacial magic. this ability allows him to open a portal into any place he has been before. its use is quite limited but this spacial magic has other various use as seen in his battle against his brother unfortunately we won't be talking about those today.
2. Minato Namikaze
A man considered to be the fastest ninja nicknamed Konoha's yellow flash. he is the father of Naruto.
his teleportation ability involves him teleporting to anywhere he places his kunai.

saiki is an extremely bored high school esper. he has access to a wide variety of abilities and teleportation is one of them. he can move instantly to anywhere he wants but he mostly uses it to avoid unwanted situations.
