After the death of his parent, young Mirai kakehashi is left in the care of his abusive relatives. Since then, he has become gloomy and depressed, leading him to attempt suicide on the evening of his middle school graduation. Mirai however saved by a pure white girl named Nasse who introduces herself as a guardian angel wishing to give him happiness by granting him supernatural powers and a chance to become the new god. Well...even though this review is coming incredibly late, I can say proudly that this anime itself is fully wholesome.
It's been a long time since an anime has given me that death note vibe and this one is even imbued with a "Mirai Nikki" vibes if just so great.
I like it because the character didn't seem useless like Yukki from Mirai Nikki neither did he seem evil like light from Death note.
I can tell from his decision to keep his angel away from him that he is indeed smart even though not the smartest he does hold a degree of intellect accountable to that decision he made.
Even the power scaling is quite peculiar. The wings, red arrow, and white arrow are unlike any other we've seen in anime which makes it a lot more exciting.
There are many stories yet to be revealed like; did the angels pick who will be their candidate or how does an angel get promoted or demoted and most of all we're yet to see the other candidates
