conquerors haki is known as Haki of the supreme king, it is the rarest form of haki only possessed by a selected few.
Luffy has displayed the use of conquerors haki, a lot of times in the series and Oda had also shown us a clue of Zoro's supreme haki of kings, during his fight in the enemies lobby where he uses a move relating to the Ashura god (with three faces and six arms) and in the present manga series Zoro still uses this same move which made Kaido acknowledge him as also having the haki of the supreme king.
but that's is not our topic of discussion today.
you see, Luffy was also shown to have learned a new form of using conquerors haki to fight off kaido use of conquerors haki in coating his skin. now that we've seen that both Luffy and Zoro have conquerors haki does this mean that Sanji can also wield/use the haki of the supreme kings?
haki itself is born from willpower, and the strength to fight through adversaries, and during a lot of battles, Luffy has displayed his willpower, for example, during his fight with doflamingo where their color of supreme haki clashed, his fight with katakuri or even at the very beginning during the marine fold arc. all these times Luffy has shown where will power and so has Zoro but aren't we feeling that Sanji is left out.
In the wano arc, both Luffy and Zoro have gotten a huge powerup but Sanji hasn't, though he has displayed almost the same fears as Zoro. Though some might not agree with this, it is certainly true when Zoro took all of Luffy's pain that was certainly something that no other person could do but Sanji has also done something similar, like..when he jumped in from of ussop to be fried by Enel's lightning.
In essence, I'm saying that Sanji has to potential to use the conquerors but wouldn't that just mean that the conqueror's haki isn't as rare as they say it is. Rayleigh also mentioned that haki is developed only through going against stronger opponents which they have all done, this shift the idea of the monster trio because Sanji has already been left far behind by Zoro,
Sanji can use conquerors haki but the possibilities are very low, so it's either he gets a new move develops his armament/observation haki, or gets a new form of haki that will deem him worthy to be one of the major fighters in the straw hats crew.
besides Sanji isn't like Zoro and Luffy, those two certainly do not think, but that is different from Sanji, he can put more thought into his actions than Luffy and Zoro ever could.
