majority of us might be familiar with the popular anime series black clover. but one thing we are not fully aware of is the lack of originality in the anime series.
let's take a look at the first episode... we know that asta was a boy born without any form of magical ability or the other. according to the anime series, 'asta worked hard to get where he is, but that is not entirely true.... it holds zero percent of truth in it. if they want to show that asta was born of the lowest class of mages he should have been given a one or two leaf clover then watch him struggle to reach his goal. yuno on the other hand was blessed with a lot of magical abilities but he still worked hard to gain new moves and abilities.
even when Asta's got his grimoire the timing was just too perfect. why would his grimoire meet him the same day everyone got theirs? and why would it just appear from nowhere when he wanted to fight. and again when asta first got his grimoire he immediately drew a sword from the book without any prior knowledge on how a five-leaf grimoire works or how magic works at all.
asta hasn't been defeated.
one thing about shounen anime on its own is that either once or twice they have been beaten to a pitiful extent. this just proves that they still have more height to reach but in the case of Asta, there has been no one to teach him his place. so, therefore, all his training has carried little motivation. and again the fact that they tried to make other characters look strong when there aren't.
Asta never worked for anything, all he did was get a sword that can eliminate everyone's magic, that's kind of a cheat if you ask me.
the golden dawn we're supposed to be the best magic squad who only selected top people but the majority of them are just a complete washover. they can't even do anything. when one hears that a squad is the best and that all top mages enter the squad one would expect an elite team that can easily clear enemies. this just makes it seem that Asta's squad is stronger....weren't they supposed to be the weakest team. it's unreasonable for Asta's appearance to just lift the team to second best. the most annoying part was that the other squad looked completely useless.
